MENET call
The Prime Ministers Office has launched a call named MENET - 2008 with the title “Extension, development and dissemination if info-communication services”. As a result of the decision of the responsible commissioner of the PMO, ITA was awarded a non-refundable fund to implement the objectives for which ITA had submitted its project proposal.
NKA call
For the translation and publication of the Studies on Heritage Management 1 – World Heritage and its Management, a application for 960.000 HUF was submitted to the National Cultural Fund. On its meeting of 6 May 2009, the Professional Board of Knowledge Dissemination and Environmental Culture allocated us a financial support of 500.000 HUF.
TÉT Foundation call
ITA in contribution with FCo-Fullservice Company in Multimedia and the museological head of the Fernando Pessoa University submitted a tender application for the Hungarian-Portuguese bilateral cooperation of the TÉT (Scientific and Technological) Foundation. The aim of the project is the improvement, connection and development of the inventory and presentation systems established by the organisations as well as its implementation in practice.
Another submission was done together with the University of Pavia, Italy, with the title „Technologies for Heritage Valorisation”: The idea of proposing an innovative approach to the valorisation of cultural heritage in Europe, developing and offering a practical, exemplary experience. The new method to be established by applying and combining the best practices of the two organisations, involving professionals from different fields will be disseminated and the results exploited, addressing multiple target groups. The project is highly innovative, in many ways; it looks at heritage sites in its complexity, with a truly multidisciplinary approach, using the most modern diagnostic, presentation and valorisation tools, as well as innovative management models. It foresees a wide dissemination and exploitation of project using innovative communication strategies and tools.
Rural heritage
In 2008, the launching of a new rural heritage digitisation bid is planned where the complete digital presentation of the winner houseswill be implemented.
