Courses delivered
Data mining:
The participants can get acquainted with data mining, a scientific method necessary in the business for retrieving excess knowledge that ensures competitiveness. The course ensures theoretical and practical comprehension of a method utilising the possibilities hidden in the data-treasury of a company. By learning the theory and practice of data mining, the participants will significantly improve their knowledge exploration and problem solving capabilities.
Education of internal data protection officer:
In accordance with the new, EU-compliant provisions of the Data Protection Act, which came to force on 1 January 2004, all data processors that manage national authoritative, labour or criminal data portfolios, all financial organisations, telecommunication and public utility providers are obliged to nominate or designate internal data protection officer. (In respect of certain data managers the Law had already prescribed the nomination or designation of internal data protection managers, whereas in the case of the rest of the data processors, designation of such a manager is recommended.) In the course of this training, the participants can learn the basic knowledge necessary for performing the task of the data protection manager as listed in the Act as well as the information resources that are available for them in the course of their work; they will be able to overview the personal data processing system of their respective organisations and to outline data protection-related necessities and activities for the management of their organisation.
Electronic signature in practice:
The purpose of the training is to enable the participants to get acquainted with the application conditions and possibilities of the electronic signature; following the training they immediately will be able to use electronic signature. This training provides answers to questions, such as how electronic signature is integrated into the Hungarian legal system, what options are available, why it is deemed to be safe and furthermore the students will also learn how to use it in practice.
Knowledge management in practice:
Understanding of the concept, basic approaches of knowledge management and the role it plays in the increase of the value of an organisation.
Scoring:
The participants might understand scoring, as the theoretical basis of the method of client and transaction rating used in crediting, as well as its regulatory environment, furthermore, with the use of practical examples, concrete modelling methodology and model development procedures might be learned.
